An opportunity to talk openly about your work, your business, your creative and professional pursuits and even your future plans. We live in an information overload world. Meaningful conversations, lasting connections and undisputed advice from those in our community are thus, a true LEVEL-UP!

We aim to go beyond the dictionary description of “networking”

We are all about a safe place to brainstorm, an inclusive space for newcomers and veterans, a breeding ground for active and healthy collaborations and an arena to benefit from “out of the box” professional and life experiences. Even if you identify as BIPOC or differently abled or neurodivergent – this is your space to grow and connect.

See you there!

A unique collaborative coming together of professional minds looking to “level up” in their environments – through networking opportunities, mentorship, entrepreneurial enterprise, skills development and expertise upgrades.

Founders Dipti Bhide and Mithila Karnik-Adarkar are very intentional in their approach with The Level Up. Transforming a mere exchange of business cards into an incubator for new ideas, a safe space to “ask and offer” support and mentorship coupled with a fun, guards down experience is their fundamental offering through this event.

Dipti is the co-founder of LittleLit – a groundbreaking imagination-fuelling and Ai-powered learning app for kids. She is also the co-founder of Coherence Technologies and a veteran in the world of education, healthcare and consumer tech products, having launched and scaled products over close to15 years. Mithila is one half of The Adarkars at Eau Claire Partners – an independent financial advisor, a published writer and currently serving on Port Coquitlam’s EDI Roundtable Advisory. She is the organizing and executive brain behind Tricities’ first Diwali Gala (2022) and Diwali: Festival of Lights Celebration in PoCo (2023).
