Join Alan Colley from Living Wild in the City for an enriching outdoor tour, sharing knowledge based on natural relationships and cultural aspects of Indigenous people. This event will provide a unique opportunity to explore the local flora and fauna, beginning with an opening sharing circle and introductions. Participants will receive teachings about the environment and ecosystems, concluding the tour gathered together around a fire.

About Alan Colley:

Alan Colley is an Indigenous Anishinaabe resident of Toronto with extensive knowledge of local geography, history, and ecosystems. He facilitates Indigenous culturally based workshops and tours, focusing on self-improvement, motivation, and goal setting across various settings, including recreational, educational, and corporate environments. Alan’s teachings, enriched with environmental education, benefit both Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities. When not leading tours, Alan can be found engaging with the land through fishing, hiking, traveling, canoeing, snowboarding, and traditional healing activities.
